Shipping & delivery

Croatia 🇭🇷

We offer free shipping on all orders over 40 EUR within Croatia, including dog beds. For orders under 40 EUR, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Germany 🇩🇪

We offer free shipping on orders over 75 EUR for smaller items (typically under 2 kg). Dog beds and other bulky/heavy items are excluded from free shipping due to higher logistics costs. Shipping fees are displayed in your cart before checkout.

Slovenia 🇸🇮

We offer free shipping on orders over 60 EUR for lightweight items (typically under 2 kg). Dog beds are excluded from free shipping and will always carry a shipping charge.

Other EU countries

At this time, we do not offer free shipping outside of Croatia, Germany, and Slovenia.Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order.

Due to their volume and weight, dog beds carry higher shipping costs and are not eligible for free shipping in any international market.

High-cost regions (Finland, Sweden, Norway, UK)

An additional surcharge applies due to higher shipping costs.

Delivery Time
The standard delivery time is indicated on the webshop page of each individual product: the general delivery time for dog beds is 3-5 work days for Original collection beds, and two - three weeks for Premium collection beds. For other products, please see the product page of individual product.

Free Shipping
Delivery extends to the first barrier or the building's threshold, exclusively to the ground floor. Please note that our free delivery service does not include bringing products inside the building.

Delivery Notifications
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order and successful transaction to the email address provided at checkout. As our dog beds are conveniently packed in boxes, they are shipped via parcel delivery with carriers such as DPD, GLS, and DHL. You will have access to detailed tracking information, allowing you to monitor the shipment and be informed of the expected delivery time. On the day of delivery, the delivery personnel may contact you to confirm the specific timing for the delivery.
