While we're pleased to offer free shipping to Slovenia, Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands, unfortunately, the shipping costs to Finland are significantly higher due to the logistics and distances involved.

To partially offset these costs and continue providing you with our high-quality service, we apply a surcharge for deliveries to Finland.

We offer coverage for factory errors that are reported promptly upon receipt of the product. However, our warranty does not cover damage caused by pets, including chewing, as it's quite challenging to make a pet bed completely indestructible – dogs can chew through almost any material if they want to.

That said, we're here to assist you in any way we can. Here are a few suggestions you might find helpful:

• Consider deterrent sprays that are safe for pets but discourage chewing.
• Providing chew toys or engaging your pet in more activities may help redirect their chewing behavior away from the bed.
• Regularly inspect the bed for any small damages that could entice further chewing.

Sure, your furry friend can likely doze off in various places. However, if your dog isn't used to dog beds and at first is reluctant to sleep in them, there are a few tricks:

1. Reward your dog the first few times (don't scold them!)
2. Use your scent (e.g., used clothes) or dog's toys to make the bed more familiar  
3. Give your dog some time to get used to the new bed

We are trying our best to deliver all orders in the shortest possible time.

Sometimes delivery is delayed when we have an increased number of orders, or when it comes to delivery to remote locations such as islands - each delivery service has its own schedule for such locations and we have no influence over it.

Keep in mind that when it comes to Premium fabric, each bed is made to order, that is, it goes into production after you have made the order. If you need a shorter delivery time, please contact us so we can check with production if we can accommodate your request.

Yes, all beds have removable washable cove (inner pillow and frame). You can remove frame filling by unzipping zipper that is located inside the frame, near the bed's bottom.

The cover is removable and washable at 40°C (Originals) / 60°C (Premium).

We do not recommend drying the cover in a tumble dryer - the high temperature of the dryer's drum can damage the cover. Dry the cover naturally, in the air.
