Your new Raba-Raba Dog Bed is covered by a 1 year limited warranty (the "Dog Bed Warranty"). This limited Dog Bed Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country.
Products covered by this limited Dog Bed Warranty
This limited Dog Bed Warranty extends to the dog beds manufactured by Raba-Raba (Pleme Lab d.o.o.), purchased directly from Raba-Raba or Raba-Raba’s authorized retailers.
Who this Dog Bed Warranty extends to:
This limited Dog Bed Warranty extends to the original purchaser of any Dog Bed who is located in a country listed as a shipping country on our webshop. The limited Dog Bed Warranty does not extend to customers who purchased their Dog Beds through Raba-Raba’s trade program and use those Dog Beds for commercial purposes (for example, in a hotel or store).
All Raba-Raba warranties, including any implied warranties, are valid only for the period of time the Dog Bed is owned by the original purchaser of the Dog Bed. The “original purchaser,” for the purposes of this Dog Bed Warranty, is the first purchaser of the Dog Bed from Raba-Raba or a Raba-Raba authorized retailer. Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. All Raba-Raba limited warranties are not transferable. All Raba-Raba limited warranties are not transferable.
Raba-Raba's limited Dog Bed Warranty and responsibilities
Raba-Raba warrants the Dog Bed in its original packaging sold to you against the defects in material and workmanship set forth below (“Defects”) for a period of 1 year from the time your Dog Bed is purchased by you, when the Dog Bed is used normally for its intended purposes in the home.

Our commitment to quality ensures that every Raba-Raba Dog Bed you purchase is free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is designed to give you peace of mind and to demonstrate our confidence in the durability of our products.
Manufacturing Defects: Issues present at the time of delivery, including:
- Material Integrity: The dog bed should maintain its structural integrity under normal usage conditions within the home.
- Workmanship: Quality craftsmanship, ensuring the product is free from any manufacturing flaws.
Please Note:
- Report Promptly: Any manufacturing defects must be reported to us within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Normal Wear and Tear Excluded: This warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or destructive behavior by pets.
- Proof of Purchase: Retain and provide proof of purchase to validate your warranty claim.
Disclaimer for Material Integrity:
Please note that the filling of our Raba-Raba Dog Beds, made from ground foam, is designed to adjust over time. This is a natural characteristic of the material and not a sign of defect or poor quality. Here's what you can expect:
- Settling of Foam: With regular use, the ground foam filling will settle. This settling is normal and contributes to the bed's comfort and adaptability to your pet's shape and preferred sleeping position.
- Shape Adjustments: The filling may shift within the bed, temporarily altering its shape. This is particularly beneficial as it allows for the creation of a natural 'entry zone' for your pet. The bed's design enables pets to press down the frame or find their comfortable spot, which can lead to some displacement of the foam.
- Reshaping the Bed: If desired, you can easily fluff and redistribute the filling to maintain the bed's shape. This adaptability is part of what makes our dog beds uniquely comfortable and accommodating for your pet.
We design our dog beds with your pet's comfort and the product's longevity in mind. The natural settling and adaptability of the foam are integral to providing your pet with a cozy and supportive sleeping environment.
What this limited Dog Bed Warranty doesn't cover:
This limited Dog Bed Warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear as a result of washing and intended use.
- Comfort preference.
- Physical abuse or damage to the Dog Bed, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains; provided, that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage.
- Any damage caused by your pet, caused by scratching, chewing and/or licking the fabric.
- Damage caused by commercial use, such as in a hotel or store.
- Any Dog Bed (whether manufactured by Raba-Raba (Pleme Lab d.o.o. or not) sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers.
Non-functional aesthethic imperfections:
- Fabric or Sewing Thread Leftovers : Small fabric thread leftovers or sewing threads from the manufacturing process are not covered. While we take care to minimize these, they may sometimes be present.
- Foam Particles on Fabric: Due to the nature of our filling material, small pieces of ground foam may adhere to the fabric. These are not indicative of a defect and do not affect the functionality or overall quality of the bed.
- Slight Color Differences: Given the varying screen resolutions and lighting, there might be minor differences in color than what is seen online.
- Texture Variations: Textural differences in fabric, especially in natural fibers, are normal and not considered defects.
In the event of a Defect, Raba-Raba’s sole and exclusive liability and your sole remedy under this limited Dog Bed Warranty will be, at Raba-Raba’s option, to provide a replacement Dog Bed subject to your fulfillment of “Your Responsibilities” below.
Your responsibilities:
In the event of a Defect and in order to get the benefit of this limited Dog Bed Warranty, you must return your Dog Bed to Pleme Lab d.o.o. and provide us with proof of the original date of purchase. Should shipping costs be required to return your Dog Bed you will not be responsible for those costs. Evidence of a Defect and any claims must be sent to the address set forth at the end of this limited Dog Bed Warranty. In the event of a Defect, Raba-Raba will ship replacement Dog Bed to you.
If you obtain a replacement Dog Bed, the warranty term of the replaced Dog Bed begins from the date of purchase of the original Dog Bed.
Disclaimer, limitation on liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DOG BED AND/OR DOG MATTRESS COVER IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND THIS LIMITED DOG BED WARRANTY AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE YOUR EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES AND REPLACE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED DOG BED WARRANTY, IN NO EVENT WILL Pleme lab d.o.o. OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE DOG BEDS OR THEIR USE BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER UNDER THEORY OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), INDEMNITY, PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY EVEN IF Pleme Lab d.o.o. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH DAMAGES AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY. Pleme Lab d.o.o.’s TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE DOG BED GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
