Conclusion and Termination of the Sales Contract
These Terms, as well as individual sales conditions indicated with information about certain products, represent Raba-Raba's offer to conclude a Contract, and the user as a customer accepts them by registration, completing an order, or in another way determined by these Terms, which is considered a concluded Contract between the customer (user) and Raba-Raba, according to the sales conditions stated in these Terms.

The use of purchasing services on the www.raba-raba.com online store is approved exclusively for adults. Use by children or minors is not allowed, and parents and/or guardians are obliged to take this into account; otherwise, they assume all rights and obligations arising from such use, and Raba-Raba is not responsible for any consequences of such use.

The subject and commercial purpose of the Contract is the purchase of the selected product or service through the www.raba-raba.com web store with the payment of the appropriate fee – the price of that product or service. The contract is concluded by means of remote communication (Distance Contract) via the website or email.

The contract becomes binding and effective from the moment the user accepts Raba-Raba's offer in one of the following ways:

  b) The user is obliged to keep their security password and user account information confidential. It is not allowed to use someone else's registration or user account.
  c) For violating the provisions of the Terms in this chapter, Raba-Raba reserves the right, at its discretion, to extinguish the registration or user account of the user, without the obligation to compensate the user for any costs or damages.
